4. Limitation of Liability :

- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services for violations of these Terms.

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
7. Payment Refund, Cancellation & Reschedule Policy:
As per MetaPixel Creative Hub’s terms and conditions, payments made for any course, workshop, or program are non-transferable. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the guidelines below.
Refund & Cancellation Rules
- You can cancel your enrollment within 3 days from the date of payment.
- a. If the cancellation request is made within 3 days, a 100% refund will be processed.
- b. No refund will be issued after the program has started.
You may join the next available program within 6 months from your original registration date:
- a. If there is no change in course fees, you can join the next batch by sending a request. (Batch timings may vary.)
- b. If there is any change in course fees, the difference must be paid before joining the new batch.
- Payment will be considered void if you do not attend any of the sessions within 6 months of the registration date.
- Payments made for one specific course cannot be shifted to another course.
- Payments made for an individual learner cannot be transferred to another person.
- MetaPixel Creative Hub is not responsible for any financial transactions made with third-party vendors or any person not officially associated with MetaPixel.
- All official communications and financial transactions must be done only through verified MetaPixel Creative Hub channels.
- Please refrain from sharing class links, study materials, or recorded sessions with anyone.

The WhatsApp number and email ID you provide during registration will be used for all official communication. If you would like to change them later, please inform us at the earliest.

Rescheduling Policy
- Please email us at info@metapixelcreativehub.com at least 5 days before the new batch start date. Rescheduling is subject to slot availability.
- Requests received fewer than 5 days before the new batch start date may not be accommodated.
- Kindly avoid rescheduling at the last minute. Plan your learning schedule in advance.
Refund Processing Timeline
All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days and will be credited to the original method of payment.
